Heavenly Father,
I lift up Sarah to You tonight. You see her heart, the effort she poured into planning, and the disappointment she feels from how quickly the day ended. Lord, comfort her in her sadness, give her rest in her body, and strengthen her spirit. Remind her that her worth is not in moments that pass too quickly but in the love and joy You have placed in her life. Heal her throat, refresh her energy for tomorrow, and let her know that You delight in her always. Fill her with peace and reassurance that she is deeply loved and celebrated. In Jesus’ name, amen.
