My daughter has been applying to internship after internship with either silence or rejection. She has had such a hard life already (cancer, hearing impairment, multiple relocations) and is so smart and so talented but no one will give her a chance. Pray that employers open their hearts and look beyond the exterior to the wonderful person inside. She needs an answer in three weeks by the deadline.
