I pray I start taking care of myself better because my body is a temple of the Lord and if I can’t take care of it, then I can’t take care of others and I’ve come to the realization that people need me for things and I know they love me, but I’m not really seen so I need to see myself and I pray God helps me first things first I need to lose like 40 pounds in Jesus name amen
